Alienina Nadia Handmade Bag In Black

Another black handbag? Not any bag; an Alienina bag which is so special and 100% handmade by Italian artisans in Unmbria.  The materials and fabrics (organic cotton ropes, oak and biodegradable leather) all come from Italy.  The materials used for the Alienina collection are natural, organic and eco-friendly; for example, the cotton ropes were originally produced as cotton wicks for oil lamps.  Each piece is hand-made and thus unique and there are no two identical pieces among them. The techniques are inspired by old traditional crafts which Alienina interprets in a contemporary way.   Measuring 35cm in height by 42 cm in width, the bag is roomy enough for all your bits and bobs, is lightweight to carry while the lining is made from organic cotton and there is a magnetic clasp closure.  In classic black, it looks gorgeous with darks like black, navy or chocolate but also with a neutral palette of cream, winter white or grey.
