Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

• Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel or return your order with us. We offer a free 14 day return policy using the pre-paid label. Your order must be returned within 14 of the recorded date of delivery.

• You can return you items either using the pre-paid returns form & label found in your package or by contact a member of the team at returns@brendmuirladieswear.com.

• Once you have notified us, you have 14 working days to return your item from the date you received the parcel, and we ask sale items are returned within 7 days. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with any labels intact and still attached.

• Where provided, belts and any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

• We recommend that you use a secure, trackable postal or courier service and ensure that the packaging of the items is sufficient to protect them fully and maintain their good condition during transit if you do not use the pre-paid label.

• We recommend you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them.

• We recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of any dispute or failure of the goods to arrive with us. We will not accept any liability for any goods that are returned in inadequate protective packaging, by an uninsured or unrecorded transit service, or that go missing without proof of postage.

• Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within seven working days of receiving the order, as described above.

• All stock that is bought in store at 157 Hyndland Road is non-refundable and exchangeable as stated on our store receipt. All SALE stock that is bought in store is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• All orders made from outside of the UK will not qualify for free returns.

EXCHANGES

• There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.

• If you wish to exchange an item, please return your package using the returns label and fill out the returns/exchange form. You can also contact one of the team directly at returns@brendamuirladieswear.com or phone the store on 0141 334 5985.

• When we have received the original item in good order, we will send out the replacement garment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR SALE GOODS ONLY

We do not provide free returns – the cost of return postage is covered by the customer.

Customers are responsible for the return of goods using a secure, trackable postal or courier service. We recommend you insure your return shipment.  You’re under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and are liable for damage to them until we receive them.

Once received, we will process the return on our system. Please note that this can take up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) due to the volume of parcels going in and out – if you have not received your refund email after the 10 working days (Monday to Friday), please contact us via email or telephone and we can look into this for you.
