Stunning blue, stunning dress!  This gorgeous dress from Xenia Design is so striking not only due to the amazing cobalt blue colour but also the beautiful design which is simple yet so effective.  With a boat neckline which can be as off the shoulder as you dare, the A line dress is made from a soft stretchy fabric for a comfortable fit and also has a pocket.  A wide sleeve which has been split adds a touch of flair, while the asymmetric styling is emphasised by the contrasting black hemline.  Add to this a wonderful black neck piece which can be worn in various ways and the whole effect is super cool and dazzling.  Brilliant!
